TABUK CITY, Kalinga January 09 – A 57-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape at Purok 6, Bulanao, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Lorenzo Baglinit, 57, Married and a resident of barangay Suyang, Tabuk City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe A. Cortes of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for alleged rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the court filed against him.
