City officials recently expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the Communities Aligning Baguio and San Antonio, Texas (CABSAT) for conducting a medical mission at the Aurora Hill super health center coast February 20, 2024.
In a resolution, local legislators stated that the local government is grateful for the display of care and concern of San Antonio, Texas through CABSAT with the medical mission that certainly strengthened the sisterhood relations between the sister cities.
Earlier, San Antonio, Texas and Baguio City forged a sister city friendship ties for mutual collaborative effort in various areas of cooperation.
CABSAT, composed mostly of Cordillerans residing in San Antonio, Texas serves as the focal point in forging, cementing and strengthening the various aspects of sisterhood ties between San Antonio and Baguio.
On February 20, 2024, CABSAT conducted a medical mission at the Aurora Hill super health center to provide health care services and to support the local government’s health programs to more than 200 residents.
The council claimed that such effort of San Antonio, Texas, trough CABSAT, was represented by health care providers and personnel who unselfishly offered their time and services for the said noble purpose.
Among those who provided the needed services during the said medical mission included Paul Bosnan, Nellie Bosnan, Grace Bosnan, Julieth Mason, Judith Kutac, Andring Damcy, Cristina Damey, Milagros Aquino, Robert Abellera, Ueke Umaming, Gertrude Umamng and Martha Apopot.
