BAGUIO CITY – A 39-year old man, who has been listed as the No. 5 wanted person of Station No. 5 of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents at Middle Quirino Hill Friday based on a warrant for alleged attempted rape.
Police Col. Allen Rae F. Co, BCPO City Director, identified the arrested wanted person as Jembrey Guidangen Villase, 29, singled and a native and resident of Kayan, Tadian, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Ligaya V. Itliong-Rivera of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 5 in Baguio City for alleged attempted rape with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the BCPO Station No. 5 headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
