LA TRINIDAD, Benguet April 12 0 A 29-year old porter was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged homicide at the vegetable trading post, Km. 5, here, Monday.
Chief Inspector Benson Macli-ing, chief of the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station, identified the arrested individual as Ariel Guitala Abriam, 29, married, porter, native and a resident of Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marrietta S. Brawner-Cualing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 9 in La Trinidad for homicide with a recommended bail of P20,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
