Kinaod took the initiative of soliciting construction materials from government officials and private citizens just for them to have the needed chairs, tables and other basic needs for the Nihonggo language classes to push through as the Philippine Human Resource Global Information Center (PHGIC) and the Bulacan-based Sage Asian Language Center will be providing the teachers and modules for the said classes.

Kinaod stated that the deployment of some of those who already completed their Nihonggo language course to Japan is a testament that the said program being initiated by the Domingue family in their private capacity is legitimate contrary to the negative issues being raised against by the critics of the program, saying that those who are already working in Japan are the proof that there is nothing wrong if individuals will try their luck to be gainfully employed in Japan.
