BAGUIO CITY June 27 – A 43-year old businessman was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on several warrants for estafa in his residence at Navy Base, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Hernan Pascual Cruz, 43, married, businessman, native of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, and a resident of Navy Base, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of several warrants of arrest issued by Judge Maria Ligaya V. Itliong-Rivera of the Regional Trial court (RTC) Branch 60- of Baguio City for several counts of estafa with a recommended bail of P650,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
