BANGUED, Abra March 31 – A 47-year old man died while two others were injured after a speeding motorcycle bumped a parked car and the former at Zone 7, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Rumulo Adame Quito, 47, married and a resident of Zone 7, Bangued, Abra while the two injured individuals were named as Roy Vito Bolesa, 31, married with his back rider identified as Kevin Cabannag Anis, 19, single, both residents of Barangay Dugong, Bucay, Abra.
Initial police investigation showed that the motorcycle driven by Bolisa was travelling along the road when it encroached into the other lane, bumped a parked car and then hit the fatality who was walking on the sidewalk.
The three injured individuals were rushed to the Abra Provincial Hospital for medical treatment but Quito was declared dead on arrival by attending physicians while the motorcycle occupants are still undergoing medical treatment.
