BAGUIO CITY October 27 – Two persons were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for rape in their residence at Irisan, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted individuals as Rogelio Velasco Bernabe Jr., 19, and Kevin Edejer Alvarez, 29, both singles, Gasul delivery boys and residents Purok 8, Irisan Apugan, Baguio City.
The two rape suspects were arrested by virtue of separate warrants of arrest issued by Judge Ivan Kim Morales of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 59 I Baguio City for rape with no bail recommended for their temporary liberty.
The arrested individuals were brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the cases filed against them.
