KIBUGAN, Benguet – Combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents successfully burned more than 23,000 grams of dried marijuana leaves that were discovered in an anti-illegal drug operation held at sitio Dingding, barangay Tacadang, here, recently.
Police authorities stated that during the said operation, a total of 23, 000 grams of dried marijuana stalks with fruiting tops with a Standard Drug Price of P 2,760,000.00 were destroyed.
Subsequently, all discovered dried marijuana plants were burned onsite after documentation, while investigations are ongoing to identify possible cultivators of the said marijuana plants.By Dexter A. See
