BANGUED, Abra July 04 – The province’s No. 1 top most wanted person facing rebellion charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrantAt calaba here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Arnel Gupaal Balucas alias Layab, 41 years old, married, former Rebel, contractual employee for operation division of DAR-Abra and a resident of barangay, Bangilo, Malibcong, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for rebellion with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
