CALASIAO, Pangasinan March 22 – A 69-year old carpenter was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for frustrated murder in his residence at San Vicente, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Anselmo Baniqued Domalanta, 69, married, carpenter, a resident of San Vicente, Calasiao, Pangasinan.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Genoveva Coching-Maramba of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 44 in Dagupan City for frustrated murder with a still undetermined bail for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Calasiao Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
