TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The No. 10 drug personality in the Cordillera and an employee of the local government was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession alleged illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia during a drub buy bust operation recently.
Police Col. Davy Vicente Limmong, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the suspect as Sandi Gayudan, 28, married and a government employee.
According to the police, Gayudan was nabbed after transacting and selling suspected shabu to an undercover operative during a buy-bust operation.
Confiscated pieces of evidence during the operation include small and medium sachets containing alleged shabu, weighing at least a gram with a standard value of P6,800.
Additionally, the police also seized the 3,000 buy-bust and boodle money, two pieces empty sachets, used and unused aluminum foils, a cellphone, and a motorcycle.
The suspect and the confiscated items were brought to Tabuk City Police Station and later turned over to the Kalinga Crime Laboratory Office for the qualitative and drug test examination. By Dexter A. See
