BANGUED, Abra – The region’s No. 8 Top most wanted person and ABra’s No. 3 wanted person was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drus Act in his hideout at Lapting, San Juan, Ilocos Sur, recently.
Superintendent Mark Pespes, officer-in-charge of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the wanted individual as Dominador Barilla alias Jerry Barilla, 36, married, motor mechanic and a resident of Barangay Anggad, Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 IN Bangued for illegal drugs with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
