BONTOC, Mountain Province April 10 – A detainee of the Mandaluyong-based Correctional for Women was served a warrant of arrest by combined police operatives and intelligence agents in the detention facility for alleged illegal recruitment.
Senior Superintendent Allen S. Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Provincial Police Office, identified the wanted detainee as Elsa G. Rivera, who was listed as the No. 6 top most wanted person of Bontoc.
She was served the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Joseph Patanaan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in BBontoc for alleged illegal recruitment.
The warrant of arrest was received by Senior Inspector Marites D. Lucino, acting CIW superintendent.
