SAN QUINTIN, Pangasinan March 16 – A newly discovered drug personality was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession alleged shabu during a buy bust operation at Zone 3, Poblacion, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested drug personality as Domingo Obaña Ganaden, 37, single, labourer and a resident of barangay Cabalaoangan.
Recovered from his possession by the operating troops was a heat sealed sachet containing suspected shabu and the P300 bills used as marked money by the said operatives.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the San Quintin Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
