BANGUED, Abra February 10 – A 22-year old drug surrenderer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence based on a warrant for frustrated murder in his residence at Lingtan, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Robin Pineda Bergonia, 22, single, unemployed, drug surrenderer, and a resident of Brgy. Lingtan Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rafael Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 58 in Bucay for frustrated murder with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
