MANKAYAN, Benguet – A 40-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for acts of lasciviousness and rape in his residence at Busan, Colalo, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Carlos Daganos Galande, 44 years old, single and a farmer and a resident of Busan, Colalo, Mankayan, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Buguias for acts of lasciviousness and rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty relative to his later case.
The arrested individual was brought to the Mankayan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
