TABUK CITY, Kalinga January 31 – A 22-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on warrants for alleged robbery, robbery in band and frustrated homicide in his residence at Nambaran, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Rico Baggas Binuloc, 22, farmer, and resident of Nambaran, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe Cortez of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for alleged robbery, robbery in band and frustrated homicide with a total recommended bail of P264,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
