FLORA, Apayao – The town’s No. 2 top most wanted person facing estafa charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on two warrants in his alleged hideout at Batal, Santiago City, Isabela, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Reynald Nicolas Labinay, 39, married, carpenter and resident of barangay Poblacion East, Flora, Apayao.
He was arrested by virtue of two warrants of arrest issued by Judge Francisco S. Donato of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 26 in Luna, Apayao for estafa with a total recommended bail of P36,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Santiago City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
