A seven-year old Grade two pupil was hurt when he was bumped by a vehicle while crossing the road.
The vehicular accident resulting in Physical Injuries transpired at about 7:25 AM of October 11, 2018 along Leonard Wood Road near Court of Appeals Bldg., Baguio City.
The male minor, 7, grade 2 pupil at Mabini Elementary School and a resident of Lower Cabinet Hill, Baguio City was injured on his right leg when he was bumped by a Honda Fit Hatchback driven by a Agnes Pascua Andaya, 43, married, self-employed and a resident of Fairview, Baguio City.
Initial investigation disclosed that the vehicle came from City Proper and heading towards Leonard Wood Road/Navy Base when it accidentally bumped the victim who was crossing the road.
The victim was brought to BGHMC for medical treatment.
The case is pending investigation as of writing and progress report to follow.
