BAGUIO CITY May 22 – A 55-year old inmate was issued a warrant for rape by a local court and continuous to be in detention inside the Baguio City jail.
Police authorities identified the inmate as Dante Sanchez Mende, 55, married, and resident of Purok 5 Honeymoon Road Baguio City.
He was served the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ivan Kim Morales of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 59 in Baguio City for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The inmate was earlier detained in the Baguio City jail for a still undisclosed case.
