BAGUIO CITY – A 17-year old teenager who was described to be a newly identified drug personality in the city was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Law in his residence at Purok 24, San Carlos Heights, Irisan, here, Sunday.
Police authorities identified the arrested drug personality as Jumar Medrano Duterte, Jr, newly identified drug personality, 17, single, Out-of-school youth..
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ivan Kim Morales of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 59 in Baguio City for alleged illegal drugs with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested drug personality was brought to the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
