BAGUIO CITY – A 24-year old labourer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged carnapping in his residence at Gabriela Silang, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Rolly Parocha alias Rolly Parocha Valenzuela, “Onyok”, 24, single, labourer, Elementary Graduate, and a resident of Gabriela Silang, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Cecilia Corazon Dulay Archog of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 6 in Baguio City for alleged carnapping with a recommended bail of P180,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) headquarters for documentation prior to the disposal of the case filed against him.
