LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – A 36-year old labourer died after he was allegedly electrocuted while working on the fourth floor of the building of his brother at Betag, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the victim as Cesar Lacangan Agaldang, 36, laborer, and a resident of Sabangan, Mountain Province.
Initial police investigation showed the victim and his co-workers were working on the fourth floor of a building when he allegedly stumbled on the floor while holding an electric grinder.
His fellow workers rushed the victim to the Benguet General Hospital for medical treatment but he was pronounced dead on arrival by attending physicians due to alleged cardiac arrest secondary to electrocution.
