BAGUIO CITY August 18 – A 22-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives ad intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa at Camdas, here, Thursday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Mark Angelo Papay, 29, single, pocket miner and presently residing at No. 47 North Sanitary Camp, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Ligaya Itliong-Rivera of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 60 in Baguio for estafa with a recommended bail of P100,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
