TABUK CITY, Kalinga May 08 – A 38-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged syndicated estafa at Dagupan Centro, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Benigno Pascua Blas, Jr, 31, married, resident of Batal, Santiago City, Isabela.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neijoe Cortes of the Regional trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for alleged syndicated estafa with still undisclosed bail for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
