LAGANGILANG, Abra – A man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for murder and serious physical injuries in his alleged hideout along Sampaloc Site II Avenue, barangay BF Homes, Parañaque City, Thursday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jonofre Ancheta Tuscano .
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rafael F. Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 1 in Bangued for murder with no bail recommended and serious physical injuries with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Parañaque City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
