TABUK CITY, Kalinga June 21 – A man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape and sexual abuse in his residence at Purok 3, Agbannawag, here, Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Romeo Del Rosario Cetibes, a resident of Purok 3, Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neljoe Cortes of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Bulanao, for rape and sexual abuse with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
