BAGUIO CITY – A 26-year old midwife was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents during the service of her warrant of arrest for estafa at the Provincial Capitol, La Trinidad, Benguet recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Antonette Kios Simongo, 26, midwife, single, and a resident of Lubas, Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Emmanuel Cacho Rasing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 for estafa with a recommended bail of P100,000 for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turn over to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against her.
