BAGUIO CITY – A 16-year old minor was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession suspected marijuana during a buy bust operation at Gibraltar, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO, declined to divulge the name of the arrested minor but described him to be a student and a resident of Maria Basa, Pacdal, Baguio City.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating troops were six stalks of dried marijuana leaves and one P500 bill which was used as the buy bust money.
The arrested minor was brought to the BCPO headquarters prior to his turnover to the City Social Welfare and Development Office for counselling while the confiscated pieces of evidence was brought to the PNP crime laboratory for the conduct of the appropriate tests.
