SANTA MARCELA, Apayao – The newly constructed administrative building of the Santa Marcela School District was inaugurated today, February 22, paving way for better educational services to the town.
This project, valued at P10 million, is the third Department of Education (DepEd) administrative building inaugurated within the province following similar endeavors in Flora and Pudtol.

We consolidate our resources, programs, and initiatives to discern and address our collective priorities. This is the secret of Apayao. It is all about united efforts among government agencies,” remarked Bulut-Begtang, underlining the ongoing commitment to further development.
“As we near completion these projects in lower Apayao, our attention now pivots towards the provision of administrative infrastructure for the school districts in upper Apayao,” she added.
Furthermore, Apayao Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Dr. Irene Angway expressed gratitude towards the Provincial Government of Apayao (PGA) and the Office of the Congresswoman for their unending support towards all DepEd programs.
“Truly, Apayao is the home of dreamers and of dreams coming true, and this project is one example of it. We eagerly anticipate the forthcoming advancements within the DepEd Apayao,” remarked Dr. Angway.
