LUNA, Apayao January 10 – The No. 1 top most wanted person of Pudtol town facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his hideout at San Gregorio, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as to Elvis Parac Ambasing aka Udda, 52, separated, farmer, and a resident of barangay Aga, Pudtol, Apayao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco S. Donato of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 26 in Luna for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Luna Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
