BONTOC, Mountain Province – In its effort to bring services closer to the people, the Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC), in coordination with the Provincial Government of Mountain Province, will be conducting mobile outreach services to its clients in the province for their convenience at the Provincial Capitol Building on March 18, 2017.
The mobile outreach service will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Public Employment Service Officer Ernesto B. Emilio of the Office of the Governor said that services to be offered are: 1) renewal of Professional Identification Cards (PIC) and Licenses that had expired and that will expire on or before March 18, 2018; 2) release of available Professional ID Cards and Board Certificates; 3) initial registration of new board passers; and 4) application for Licensure Examinations for Civil Engineers, Certified Public Accountants, nurses and criminologist.
Requirements for renewal of Professional ID cards or licenses include duly accomplished Renewal Form which is available at the Office of the Governor and one photocopy of latest Professional ID Card. In case of loss of PIC, an applicant shall submit a duly notarized Affidavit of Loss or photocopy of Certificate of Registration. For married female applicants, who wish to apply for change of name due to marriage, they shall submit a Marriage Certificate from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
Picture-taking for renewal shall be done at the venue by the PRC mobile team.
Meanwhile, basic requirements for first timers who shall take licensure examinations include original and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks, “For Board Examination Purposes”; original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the PSA or the Local Civil Registrar; original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate issued by the PSA or the Local Civil Registrar for female applicants; three pieces recent passport-size colored pictures in plain white background with complete name tag; 2017 Community Tax Certificate; one piece window envelope with postage stamp minimum of P14.00 face value; and examination fee of P900.00.
