Mankayan, Benguet- Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 164 s. 2019, Dr. Ludinia A. Sano-an, School Principal III accepted responsibility as Coordinating Principal of public schools in Mankayan on July 1, 2019 at the covered court of Mankayan National High School, Mankayan, Benguet.
Exigency of service caused geographical reassignment of the public schools district supervisor, coordinating principals and principals in the division. The outgoing Public Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Delarosa V. Delmas will be assigned in Tuba district. Moreover, this movement termed in the Civil Service Commission Parlance as “Human Rights Action,” shall take effect not later than July 1, 2019.
Meanwhile, Sasha Joseph L. Daganos, Education Program Supervisor for Araling Panlipunan in lieu of Marie Carolyn B. Verano, CESO VI, Benguet Schools Division Superintendent installed Sano-an reiterating, “Leadership means having a self-confidence to make difference. It is the passion to believe in others and take courage to take risk of what truly matters.”
The installation, turnover and acceptance ceremony ended through back-to-back talks of Atty. Materno R. Luspian, outgoing municipal mayor and the incoming municipal mayor, Atty. Frenzel A. Ayong.
