TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The city’s No. 2 top most wanted person facing murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant of arrested in his residence at Basao, Diga here recently.
Senior Superintendent Victor Wanchakan, officer-in-charge of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Junior Liccob Killa, 33, married a resident in Basao, Dilag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino K. Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 of Tabuk City, Kalinga for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was turned over to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
