BANGUED, Abra – A 53-year old tricycle driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for carnapping at Zone V, here, recently.
Superintendent Mark Pespes, officer-in-charge of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as George Bernal Gundran, 53, widow, tricycle driver and a resident of Zone 5, Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Wilhelmina B. Jorge-Wagan, Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 111 of CXI (111), Pasay City with a recommended bail of P180,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
