Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – A tricycle driver listed as Street Level Individual was arrested in a buy-bust operation at Barangay Cosili West, Bangued, Abra after selling shabu to an undercover drug operative in the afternoon of March 25, 2021.
In a joint operation conducted by the Abra Police Provincial Office – Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and Bangued MPS, suspect Freddie Subido Cabiladas aka “Jolan”, 46 years old, resident of Macaramay, Bangued, Abra and a native of San Juan, La Union was arrested after he sold one sachet of shabu weighing 0.02 gram with estimated street value of Php1, 000.00 to the poseur buyer.
Moreover, operatives seized another three sachets of shabu weighing about 0.32 gram with a market value of Php2,176.00 and two Php500.00 buy-bust money.
Operatives also confiscated the suspect’s professional driver’s license, VIVO cellular phone, Php15,621.00 in different denominations, brown wallet, black sling bag, and the tricycle used by the suspect.
Inventory of the items was done onsite witnessed by Media representative Mr. Edgar Tanura, and Punong Barangay Julieta B. Balubar of Barangay Cosili West, Bangued, Abra.
The suspect along with the recovered items were brought to their respective unit for proper disposition.
