BAGUIO CITY – A 41-year old vendor was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for other deceits along Abanao St., here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Loreta Franco Carera alias Loreta Flores Carera, 41, married, vendor and a resident of Purok 6, Upper Fairview, Baguio City.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Glenda Ortiz Soriano of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 2 in Baguio City for other forms of deceit with a recommended bail of P30,000 for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against her.
