BANGUED, Abra – A watch-listed drug personality operating in Abra was arrested last night by anti-narcotics agents from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Abra Office in a sting operation at Riang, Peñarrubia, Abra.
Roderick Bermudez Afroilan alias Derrick, 24 years old and resident of Poblacion, Peñarrubia, Abra was arrested for selling two transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu worth P3,000 to an undercover agent.
Upon his arrest, the suspect yielded the buy-bust money, a mobile phone unit and a Suzuki Raider motorcycle used during the drug transaction.
The suspect will be facing a case for violating Republic Act Number 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
