BAGUIO CITY – A 46-year old welder died after he allegedly hanged himself in the upper floor of a residential house along Ayala St., Sto. Niño-Slaughterhouse Compound, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Alias ”Abe”, 46, welder, and resident of Fairview Extension, Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim allegedly hanged himself using a cable cord that was tied on his neck while the other end was tied on the ceiling of his room which resulted to his instantaneous death.
Members of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) immediately reported the matter to the police operatives who responded to the crime scene and helped remove the victim from where he was found lifeless.
Probers are still conducting an investigation on the motive behind the incident that resulted to the wilder’s untimely death.
