BAGUIO CITY August 07 – A 51-year old woman was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged estafa in her residence at Balacbac, Sto. Tomas Proper, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Marilou Abella Y Briones, 51, single, a native of Cervantes Ilocos Sur and a resident of Balacbac, Sto. Tomas Proper, Baguio City.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Calrita Casuga-Tabin of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 4 for the crime of estafa with a recommended bail of P20,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against her.
