TABUK CITY, Kalinga – A tricycle driver died after his motorcycle was bumped by another motorcycle along the provincial road at Laya East, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Rodolfo Agacite of legal age, tricycle driver of Laya East, Tabuk City Kalinga while the suspect was named as Daryl Ducusin 22, single of Purok 2 San Julian Tabuk City Kalinga.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim was driving his motorcycle en route to barangay Laya East when it was accidentally bumped by the motorcycle driven by the suspect that caused the former’s vehicle to skid along the road.
The victim was rushed by concerned citizens to the St. Jude’s hospital for medical treatment but he was pronounced dead on arrival by attending physicians while the suspect is now detained at the Tabuk City Police office awaiting the filing of the appropriate charges against him.
