ALFONSO LISTA, Ifugao – The town’s No. 6 top most wanted person facing frustrated homicide charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Little Tadian, here, Thursday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Joven Balacanao Torre, 41 years old, married, farmer, and resident of Little Tadian, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 in Alfonso Lista for alleged frustrated homicide with a recommended bail of P24,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Alfonso Lista Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
