LA TRINIDAD, Benguet February 05 – A 30-year old housewife was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa at Km. 6, here, Friday.
Chief Inspector Benson Macliing, chief of the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station, identified the arrested individual as Maribel L. Muscara, 30, married, housewife, native of Tinoc, Ifugao and presently residing at MB-59 Bahong, La Trinidad, Benguet.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Roberto Mabalot of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) in Baguio City for estafa with a recommended bail of P1 million for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against her.
