BAGUIO CITY February 05 – A 20-year old waiter was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged attempted homicide at City Camp, here, Thursday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted individual as Lordane Molina Malixi, 20, single, waiter, native of Olongapo City and presently residing at Purok 4 Dontogan Green Valley, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Leody Opolinto of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) in Baguio City for attempted homicide with a recommended bail of P40,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual, who is listed as the No. 5 top most wanted person station level, was subsequently brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
