BAUKO, Mountain Province – The No. 6 top most wanted person in Baguio City was arrested by combined police operatives during the service of his warrant in his hideout at Guinzadan Sur here Saturday afternoon.
Senior Superintendent Oliver Enmodias, provincial director of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Gilbert Cabinta Galatic, 29, single, and native of Bauko, Mountain Province, who is also listed as the No. 2 top most wanted person at the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 10.
He was arrested by elements of the BCPO intelligence branch, Bauko Municipal Police Station and Mountain Province Police Office by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Mona Lisa Teongson0Tabora of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 for robbery with intimidation with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Bauko Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
