LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – The No. 2 top most wanted person of the Baguio city Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 4 facing frustrated homicide charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant at the vegetable trading post, Km. 5, here, Saturday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Ace Escudero alias Jarel Cabresos Cagara alias Jebrill.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Cecilia Corazon Dulay-Archog of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 6 in Baguio City for alleged frustrated homicide with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was brought to the BCPO Station No. 4 for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
