PARACELIS, Mountain Province May 28 – A 19-year old individual was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged carnapping at sitio Masablang, Bantay, here, Saturday.
Senior Superintendent Allen S. Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Homer Mala Palangdao, 19 years old, single, farmer, and resident of Bantay, Paracelis, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in Bontoc for alleged carnapping with a recommended bail of P180,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
