BANGUED, Abra may 28 – A 50-year old construction worker was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on an alias a warrant for alleged frustrated murder in his residence at Lingtan, here, Saturday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Rodolfo Belena Bobias, 50 years old, construction worker and resident ofLingtan, Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ferdinand A. Fe of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 67 in Bauang, La Union for alleged frustrated murder with a recommended bail P300,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
