BAGUIO CITY – The younger brother of a punong barangay in this city was found lifeless in a creek along the circumferential road at Bakaeng Norte, here, Thursday morning.
Senior Superintendent Ramiol L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the fatality as Vaughn Carl M. Dicang, 17, Grade 12, student and resident of Lower Quirino Hill, Baguio City.
Probers claimed there were no visible signs of external injuries sustained by the victim at the time of the discovery of his lifeless body, thus, it will be subjected to the needed autopsy to ascertain the real cause of his death.
The victim is the younger brother of Lower Quirino Hill punong barangay Val Oliver Dicang.
His relatives informed the police that the victim went missing after he went out of their residence at around 9 am of September 1, the Charter anniversary of the city.
